In The Tellus Trainer, you must finely hone your response times as issues pop up on the screen. You have 60 seconds to hit the response buttons as quickly as you can. Click too slow and they will disappear before your eyes. The better you get, the faster it gets. Score well and you'll enter the High Score table. Before you know it, you will be closing cases faster than you ever closed before.
Our latest challenge in support is to reduce resolution rates. Part of this initiative involves responding to all issues within the hour. Enter The Tellus Trainer.
